  • Do an 8/8 meditation and intention-setting ritual. Set your phone’s timer for eight minutes and allow yourself to clear your mind of any limiting thoughts (bonus points if you start your meditation at 8:08 a.m. or p.m.!).   • Next, set your intentions clearly. I’ll be sharing the themes for each Portal. Try to connect with your intentions. You should have full faith in yourself, trust your goals and then focus on your intuition. 
  • To get proper clarity and guidance, you can light a candle and incense while we do the meditation together.
  • Invoke Archangel Michael and Imagine that he is protecting you with a blue cloak, and his sward of holy truth. Invoke your Mission Counsel and Ascension Counsel to surround you and share with you all that you are ready for on these special dates. Spirit communicates better with us when we become quite, meditative and open to receive more spiritual messages, gifts to assist us to be in the highest vibrations. 
  • Imaging Golden Diamond light from the Creator around you. Imagine this light passing through your crown, 3rd eye chakra, then moving down through all your chakras. This light is healing your chakra, nourishing your mind and soul. 
  • Use sound therapy by playing your favourite meditation music or mantra. Then, simply concentrate on your breathing and thoughts. Your intuition will take you through. 
  • This period is excellent for sound bathing, manifestation, journaling, meditation, Chakra balancing, and healing yourself. So, let your intention to receive the Sirius energy do wonders. 
  • Doing some king of internal work, therapy, regression, progression, healings or activations during these dates amplifies it’s healing and transformational abilities.
