Meet Fiona van Rensburg Founder of Portal of Alchemy Intuitive Empath Energy Healer • Spiritual Teacher • Soul Alchemist For as long as I can remember, I have felt a deep connection to the unseen world, the wisdom of the soul, and the healing power that exists within every human being. My own journey through life’s many initiations — loss, grief, transformation, awakening, rebuilding, and rediscovering myself — became the foundation of the work I share today. I believe that we do not heal by becoming someone new. We heal by gently releasing what we are not… and remembering who we have always been. My Journey My spiritual journey began from a young age through meditation, intuition, and a natural sensitivity to energy. After many years in the corporate world, where I worked my way into senior management, life guided me onto a completely different path — one dedicated to healing, consciousness, and supporting others through their own transformation. In 2007, after years of personal exploration and training, I became a certified Energy Healer and Reiki Master. What began as my own journey of understanding life, healing, and the connection between mind, body, emotions, and spirit, soon became my calling. In 2010, I founded Portal of Alchemy and have since dedicated my life to creating a safe and sacred space where people can reconnect with themselves, heal unresolved patterns, and awaken their own inner wisdom. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting clients locally and internationally through deeply personal journeys of healing, self-discovery, grief, awakening, and transformation. My Approach to Healing I believe every person’s journey is unique. There is no single method, formula, or “one size fits all” approach to healing. Each session at Portal of Alchemy is intuitively guided and created around what you need in that moment. The Temple of Healing Today, Portal of Alchemy is based in the beautiful seaside village of Simon’s Town, Cape Town, inside the historic Topsail House. Within this remarkable heritage building, the old chapel has been lovingly repurposed into a peaceful Temple of Healing — a sanctuary for reflection, transformation, and reconnection. With its high ceilings, arched windows, peaceful surroundings, and sacred atmosphere, many visitors describe feeling the energy of the space the moment they enter. It is a place to pause. A place to breathe. A place to come home to yourself. My Purpose My work is not about “fixing” people. It is about helping you remember your own strength, reconnect with your intuition, and rediscover the wisdom that already exists within you.
