This was the first time I met Fiona after my wife found her through a google search. I’ve been to many ‘spiritual’ healers but Fiona was different, in all the right ways. As she facilitated this guided meditation I was taken up to meet my spirit guide “Anoura”. It was a beautiful process and was what I needed in that time as I was fighting depression. What I love about working with Fiona is that she is just the facilitator, I had to do the work. She held the door open for me, showed me the path and let me walk for as long as I needed.
